To celebrate the release of The Daylight War, bestselling US fantasy author Peter Brett will be discussing his latest title.

Peter’s novel, The Painted Man, was the most successful fantasy debut of 2008 and was followed by the highly-acclaimedThe Desert Spear, which reached #9 on the Sunday Times Bestseller list. The first two titles in The Demon Cycle have marked him out as a breakout talent in the fantasy genre, and The Daylight War sees the thrilling continuation of this stunning series.

Peter will be visiting the UK as part of his 2013 tour, and this special event features among a very limited number of dates. Featuring readings, signings and a question and answer session, this event is a rare opportunity to meet one of the rising stars of fantasy writing.

Books will be available to buy from Waterstones on the night.
