This very special evening sees two of the UK’s most acclaimed writers of science-fiction and fantasy coming together for a night of reading, discussion and Q+A, plus an exclusive signing session to close.

CHRISTOPHER PRIEST is one of the UK’s leading authors of literary science-fiction, best known for his book THE PRESTIGE, later a film starring Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman and Michael Caine. Other acclaimed titles include THE GLAMOUR, THE AFFIRMATION and THE SEPARATION. His latest novel, THE ISLANDERS, was released in 2011 to stellar reviews.

STAN NICHOLLS is the author of thirty novels to date, and has been published in over 20 countries. He is best known for the ORCS series of books, including the FIRST BLOOD and BAD BLOOD trilogies, which have sold over a million copies to date. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Le’Fantastique Lifetime Achievement Award for Contribution to Literature in 2007.
