Just reading Dark Horizons #56. The Bordello of Doom was great fun.

Very sad.
Nice bloke and talented writer.

It took a few months and several emails, but I finally received that package of chapbooks of yours from Ghostwriter.

They look great and I can't wait to tuck in!

Barry, the review's up at the Hellforge: http://matthewfryer.com/
Thanks for that. Nice work.

I just bought the aliens story, Barry.
Great so far. The first probe scene is very entertaining.
I think I'll review it at the Hellforge when I'm done. I'll post when it's up.

Not my local city, but I always used to end up in there after gigs and/or booze-ups in Manchester, usually to be found dribbling into a pint and pinballing around in an ill-advised attempt to rock out to the Sisters.

Sad news.

Thanks Ally and Stephen.

The latest issue of Necrotic Tissue also contains my story "The Bunker".

It's a really nice little book; I was well chuffed when it arrived.

Glad you had a good one.

And I like that interview.
Interesting what you said about POV.
Oh, and "House of Nazareth Hill" is a favourite of mine too.

Beautiful picture Des.
I expected the first picture I saw of the weekend to be of drunken horror writers on the ghost train, but that is so much more  Grin

Good article Tont, thanks.
I agree with much of it, although I found the philosophical side of Revolutions rather turgid.

My inbox has been very nice to me this last week, and I've a couple of short story sales to announce.

Both humorous speculative/fantasy, Scars will be appearing in Space and Time magazine, and Psi-Mage for Hire in Bards and Sages Quarterly.
Woo-hoo!

And I only just joined the BFS a couple of weeks ago. Perhaps the society has unearthly forces at work Grin

Well done sir!

I've just had this comment on my review of Tide of Souls and thought you might like to see it...

"I finished reading this marvel yesterday. It is easily the best thing I’ve read since forever, believe me. This is a brilliant read, a must for zombie amateurs and connoisseurs alike. I wish I could get a concussion to rediscover it again!"

That scenario would make an entertaining story itself.
