As a writer, I am not exactly prolific although I do have quite a few credits.  Between 1997 and 1999 I was the editor of a small press print-zine called Tales of the Grotesque  &  Arabesque.  My first short story was published in 1996, over 70 published since.  I have written fantasy like The Journeyman (http://www.shadow-writer.co.uk/journey1.html) but have mostly written dark fiction and ghost stories. Will make a note of any future credits.

Nice to see you here, David!  And I think you should also have mentioned, in your little blurb, about how you throw yourself, literally body-and-soul, into your readings!  Cheesy

Hi Dave.
I think I remember Tales of the Grotesque and Arabesque. I may even have a copy somewhere, I think. Any plans on starting it up again? Welcome.

Hi Frank. The last issue of that magazine came out in 1999 and a lot has changed. I've often thought of a one-off anthology, but as you can see from these boards, there are a lot of indie publishers competing out there. No plans at the moment.

New website at http://daiprice.weebly.com. A bit basic at the moment, but I daresay I'll be adding to it.

David,

Remember Kimota which folded nine years ago?  I am looking for authors who had stories published in it for permission to republish them in an anthology for the Kindle.

After this toe in the water, as it were, I am planning on launching a Kindle emagazine called Kzine which I hope will offer royalties to the authors based on the number of subscibers.

I believe you had stories called "Way Back When" and "Thomas Harris Article" published in Kimota. Can I use one or both for the anthology?

My email is editor@kzine.co.uk if you wish to respond directly. The same goes for any other authors in the old Kimota whom I haven't tracked down yet. There is an unfinished web site at www.kzine.co.uk which has a link to the old Kimota site which may be of interest.

Regards, Graeme

Graeme, that would be fine and I certainly remember Kimota. It was around when I first dropped onto the scene back in the mid-90's  Smiley
