I played all the way through Elder Scrolls III and IV and most of their expansion packs, so V when it came was just a bit too much of the same. I'll give it another try but for now it's off back to Lovefilm.

I've had a quick go of The Walking Dead, Episode 1. Hard to call it a game, given the low level of interactivity, but the story and graphics are very good and the atmosphere is excellent.

I still think Morrowind is the better of the tree games.

Unfortunately, I never played Morrowind; Oblivion was my first foray into the Elder Scrolls series.

Has anyone here played The Witcher or The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings? If so, I'd be interested to know if you've also read Andrzej Sapkowski's original stories.

The Force Unleashed 2, which is still stupid but far better than the first one. I'm looking forward to playing Star Wars 1313 having seen the demo on Kotaku.

Does anyone play Warhammer type games any more? Mantic is going to release their rule book in the next few months I read. I bet Games Workshop will be pleased!

No time to play games. I'm working on my soon to be international bestselling horror novel. Cheesy

Haven't played them - I had the first one on my Lovefilm list for ages, but it never turned up. I haven't read the books either. Are they any good?

I used to play Warhammer FRP back at school, and for the twenty years since then it's always been, we really must play it again sometime, but we've never got around to it...

As for Warhammer Fantasy Battle, read the rulebook, played the PS1 games, read novels and comics, bought the realtime PC versions, but never played the actual tabletop game! I've probably said this earlier in the thread, but I've always wanted a turn-based videogame of Warhammer. It'd be perfect for XBLA.

I used to love Warhammer FRP back in the day. The problem with getting older, friends move on and the adventures stop.

I'm playing through the Witcher at the moment and have played a couple of hours of the Witcher 2. I haven't read the original stories myself so I'm not sure how representative the video games are.

I did download and read the Amazon Kindle sample for 'The Last Wish' last week and enjoyed what I saw. I plan on downloading the full e-book sometime soon and will let you know what I think. Smiley

Played Witcher 2: http://www.britishfantasysociety.co.uk/reviews/the-witcher-2-assassins-of-kings-enhanced-edition-game-review/ Haven't read any of the books, though.

I've currently jumped back to playing through Bully on my 360 (Canis Canem Edit when it was originally released on the PS2) for a bit of a break. Fun game though a bit repetitive. I'll hammer it for the achievement points, lol Cheesy

I just finished Deus Ex: Human Revolution on PC. Very nice looking and really great style. Lots of transhumanist ideals being banded about.

I'm still playing Lord of the Rings Online (still the most beautiful MMO out there) but have recently got hooked on Star Trek Online too. Also dabbling with Assassins Creed 3 and Skyrim.
